Section rewrites have their own monthly allowance, separate from full drafts, so small edits never eat into your proposal limit.
Which plan includes the AI proposal generator
Every plan includes the generator, the block editor, e-signature and unlimited sending of the proposals you create. Plans differ in how many drafts and rewrites the AI writes each month and how many seats are included.

Is the AI draft really usable without starting over?
Yes. The draft is written for the specific client from your inputs, your brand style and your content library, so you review details rather than rebuild the structure. You can rewrite any section with AI or edit it by hand in the block editor before sending.
Does the generator follow our company style?
It does. Your logo, colours, fonts, voice notes and past proposals are stored as a brand style, and every draft uses them. Growth includes three brand styles and Business and Enterprise include unlimited styles.
Can I paste a full RFP instead of filling in fields?
In the demo you can paste up to 6,000 characters of a brief or RFP text. Inside the workspace, Business and Enterprise import whole RFP documents in PDF or DOCX, up to 60 pages per RFP on Business and 200 pages on Enterprise.
What counts as an AI proposal draft?
One full proposal written by the AI from your inputs counts as one draft. Rewriting a single section counts toward the separate rewrite allowance. Deleting a proposal does not give the draft back.
Do you train AI models on our proposals?
No. Your documents stay yours. We do not train AI models on your proposals, and you can export or delete your data at any time.
