ProposalCreation

Online proposal software from brief to signature in four steps

ProposalCreation runs in your browser and takes a proposal from the first client brief to a signed document in one sitting. Here is what happens at each of the four steps, what the AI does and what stays in your hands.

Step 1. Paste the brief

Start with what you already have. Fill in four short fields: what you sell, who the client is, the price or budget with a timeline, and the tone. Or switch to the long form and paste a brief, call notes, an email thread or a full RFP, up to 6,000 characters in the demo and as PDF, DOCX or text inside the app.

What the AI does at this step

The AI reads the brief as data and pulls out what matters for the proposal: the client's goals, the services or products requested, constraints, deadlines, budget signals and any questions the client expects answered. It never follows instructions hidden inside pasted text and never opens links found in it.

  • Works from a one-line description or a long brief
  • Accepts a deal from HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive on the matching plans
  • Starts from the right industry template automatically

Step 2. The AI drafts in your style

In about a minute you get a complete proposal, not an outline: cover page, executive summary, problem and goals, proposed solution and scope, deliverables, timeline with milestones, pricing table, terms, next steps and signature block. You watch each part being written as it happens.

What the AI does at this step

The AI applies your brand style, your voice notes and the patterns in the past proposals you uploaded. It picks relevant blocks from your content library, such as team bios, case write-ups you own and your legal terms, and adapts them to this client. Pricing lines come from your shared price catalog, so the numbers are the ones your team agreed on. Read the details on the AI proposal generator page.

Step 3. Edit and approve

Open the draft in the block editor. Drag sections into a new order, delete what the client does not need, and adjust quantities, add-ons, discounts and taxes in the pricing table. Teammates comment on the exact paragraph, and version history keeps every change.

What the AI does at this step

Select any section and ask the AI to rewrite it: shorter, more formal, more detail, or focused on a specific concern the client raised. Each rewrite uses one rewrite from your monthly allowance. On Business and Enterprise, a discount above your threshold sends the proposal to a manager for approval before it can go out.

  • Section rewrites with AI in one click
  • Comments and version history
  • Approval rules for discounts on Business and Enterprise

Step 4. Send, track and sign

Send the proposal as a tracked web link or download a PDF. The client reads it on any device, ticks optional add-ons, and signs in the same link with legally binding electronic signatures under the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA. Add several signers and set the signing order. Every signed document gets an audit trail certificate.

What you see after sending

You get a notification when the proposal is opened. Growth shows the time spent on each section, and Business and Enterprise add forwarded views and reminders for unopened proposals. Status syncs back to your CRM deal, and Slack tells the account owner when the client signs. More on proposal tracking.

Try it on the homepage before you choose a plan

The homepage has a working demo of the first two steps. Describe what you sell and who the client is, or paste a short brief, and press Create proposal. You see the real product screen: the section outline on the left, the document in the middle, and the send and edit actions on the right.

  • The cover page and executive summary are written for your client and fully visible.
  • Scope, timeline, pricing and terms are already written and shown locked.
  • Create your account to open every section, edit it and send it for signature.
  • One proposal preview per visitor, no card required.

Your documents stay yours. We never train AI models on your proposals.

What happens after you create your account

Your account is saved and your preview proposal is attached to it, so nothing you started in the demo is lost. From there you pick a plan, set up your brand style and content library, and invite your team. Compare plans on ProposalCreation pricing.

Why online proposal software beats a document and an email

A document sent as an attachment disappears the moment it leaves your outbox. You do not know if it was opened, who read the pricing, or whether it was forwarded to the person who decides. Online proposal software keeps the proposal live: you can fix a typo after sending, see engagement section by section, and collect the signature without printing or scanning. Your pricing stays consistent because it comes from one catalog, and your wording stays consistent because it comes from one library.
