Loopio pricing and what small teams pay for RFP software instead
Loopio does not publish its prices. Its pricing page lists three plans, Foundations, Enhanced and Enterprise, and sends every buyer to sales for a quote. Third-party purchase data puts the entry contract at roughly $20,000 a year for 10 seats, and a typical buyer somewhere above that. A small team that answers a few RFPs a month can get RFP import and AI drafted answers for $1,788 a year with ProposalCreation Business.

How much does Loopio cost
Loopio sells three plans, and none shows a price on the public page. This is what the plan descriptions say as we read them in October 2026.
| Plan | Published price | Seats | What the page lists |
|---|---|---|---|
| Foundations | Quote only | 10 included | Unlimited projects and library entries, generative AI |
| Enhanced | Quote only | Not stated | Adds a multi-language library, confidential projects and multi-step reviews |
| Enterprise | Quote only | Custom | Adds separate business units, sandboxes and premium support |
Add-ons such as project translation, onboarding packages and integrations with Salesforce and Highspot are sold on top.
Because Loopio will not publish numbers, buyers rely on third-party data. Vendr, a software buying platform, reports a median of about $22,800 a year across 231 purchases, with deals ranging from roughly $11,800 to $55,600. Other review sites and competitors quote entry prices of around $20,000 for Foundations and far higher figures for Enhanced and Enterprise. These are estimates from outside the company, so treat them as directional and ask Loopio for a written quote before you plan a budget.
What drives the Loopio price
Three things move the quote. Seat count is the first: a team that needs more than the 10 seats in Foundations pays more. Plan tier is the second: review workflows, multi-language content and business units sit in the upper plans. Add-ons are the third, since CRM and sales enablement integrations are not part of the base contract.
Contract length matters too. Software sold by quote is usually priced for a multi-year commitment, and a first year discount often disappears at renewal. If you do get a quote, ask for the renewal price in writing.
Who gets value from Loopio
Loopio is built for teams where RFPs and security questionnaires are the main workload. If you answer one or more every week, have a proposal manager and keep a library of hundreds of answers owned by subject experts, paying five figures is reasonable, because a single saved day per response adds up fast.
It is hard to justify when bids are occasional. A company that answers three RFPs a month spends perhaps 20 to 40 hours a month on them. Even if software halves that time, the saving is worth a few thousand dollars a year, not twenty thousand.
What small teams pay for RFP software instead
Here is how published prices compare for a team of up to 15 people. ProposalCreation prices are list prices on annual billing.
| Option | Public price | Seats | RFP import and AI answers |
|---|---|---|---|
| ProposalCreation Business | $1,788 a year ($299 a month billed monthly) | 15 included | Yes, up to 60 pages per RFP |
| ProposalCreation Enterprise | $4,788 a year | 50 included | Yes, up to 200 pages per RFP |
| Responsive Emerging | From $10,000 a year | Count not published | Yes |
| Loopio Foundations | Quote only, about $20,000 by third-party data | 10 included | Yes |
ProposalCreation is a proposal tool first. It imports an RFP, extracts the questions and requirements with their section numbers, drafts answers from your shared content library and exports the response as a formatted proposal with a pricing table. It does not replace a managed answer library with named owners and review cycles. For the full comparison, read our Loopio alternative page, and for the other large vendor see Responsive RFPIO pricing. For more tools see the guide to the best RFP software for small business.
How to decide before you ask for a quote
Count your RFPs. Look at the last 12 months and write down how many you answered, how many hours each took and how many people touched them. If the answer is fewer than three a month, a quoted enterprise platform is probably oversized.
Then decide what else the tool must do. If the same people also write sales proposals and quotes, a tool that covers both saves a second subscription. If you need formal approval chains and a library with owners, ask Loopio and Responsive for quotes and compare them with the prices above.
Finally, start with a real bid. Paste an RFP you are working on into a tool, see how many answers come out usable and how long the review takes. Teams that find the right opportunities in the first place, for example by watching federal opportunities worth bidding on, make the most of any response tool because every hour goes to a bid they can win.
Loopio pricing questions
How much does Loopio cost?
Loopio does not publish prices. Third-party purchase data reports an entry contract near $20,000 a year for the Foundations plan with 10 seats, and a median of about $22,800 a year across 231 purchases. Enhanced and Enterprise are quoted individually and cost more. Always request a written quote.
Does Loopio have a free trial?
Loopio's pricing page directs visitors to request a demo and a quote rather than start a self-serve trial. ProposalCreation lets you preview a drafted proposal without a card and publishes every plan price on one page.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Loopio?
Yes. For a small team that answers a few RFPs a month, ProposalCreation Business costs $1,788 a year billed annually with 15 seats and RFP import up to 60 pages. Responsive lists its Emerging edition from $10,000 a year. Teams with weekly RFP volume may still prefer Loopio.
What does the Loopio Foundations plan include?
According to Loopio's plan descriptions, Foundations includes 10 seats, unlimited projects and library entries, generative AI and customizable themes. Review workflows, multi-language content and business units belong to the Enhanced and Enterprise plans.
Can ProposalCreation replace Loopio?
For a small team that answers a few RFPs a month and also sends sales proposals, yes. It imports the RFP, drafts answers from your library and sends a signed response. It does not replace Loopio's managed library with named content owners for a dedicated weekly bid desk.
