No. Your documents stay yours. We do not train AI models on your proposals, briefs or RFPs, and pasted text is treated as data, never as instructions.

Every plan is paid. The free try is the demo on the homepage, which writes one proposal preview for your client with no card required.

Yes. Cancel from your billing settings and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are final and cancelling does not refund the current period, as set out in the refund policy.

Yes. Upgrades apply right away and the price difference is charged immediately. You can also move to a lower plan for the next billing period.
